This marks my 20th year helping organizations, and I'm responding to these needs by taking my mission of service to a whole new level. The 2009 Workplace Renewal Tour is the centerpiece. I'm traveling the country week after week, visiting companies, agencies, and business groups along the way -- to deliver talks, workshops, and Rapid Response services that fill urgent needs.
